MCPaaS.app is currently operated by Baruchi Har-Lev as an unincorporated project. A formal legal entity will be incorporated later, and this policy will be updated accordingly.

These fields are used strictly for responding to enterprise or partnership inquiries.

We use:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregated usage.
• We may use marketing pixels such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar tools.
• These tools may use cookies or similar technologies.

3. CRM and Lead Management

Form submissions are sent to HubSpot, which stores:

• Name
• Email
• Company
• Message (if provided)

HubSpot acts as our data processor.

4. Future Account Features

MCPaaS may introduce customer accounts or dashboards in the future. At the moment, no user accounts or passwords are collected.

5. Payments (Future)

If subscriptions are introduced, payment processing will occur through third-party providers such as Stripe. We will not store card details ourselves.

How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Respond to enterprise or sales inquiries
• Manage CRM leads
• Improve the Service
• Provide future account-related functionality

We do not sell personal data.
